We hope you are delighted with your Clive Christian purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or used.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our dedicated Concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack your unopened fragrance in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Complimentary Collection
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection at your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure its pristine condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
